There are also box sets, a game (Embers of Memory), and a coloring book, as well as a collector’s edition of Throne of Glass. This series is now complete, but will be re-released with new covers in 2023.
A Court of Thorns and Roses follows huntress Feyre and her friends and family and includes the following books: A Court of Thorns and Roses, A Court of Mist and Fury, A Court of Wings and Ruin, A Court of Frost and Starlight, and A Court of Silver Flames. Is it true there’s going to be an ACOTAR TV series?
Yes, the Court of Thorns and Roses series is in development for TV! I’m working to adapt the series for Hulu with Ron Moore, the creator of the Outlander TV series and one of my creative idols. We’re in the very early stages right now, but I hope to have more news to share soon!
Will there be more Throne of Glass books?
Currently, I do not have any plans to write more Throne of Glass books.
Will [my favorite couple] be endgame?
No spoilers! In all seriousness, while I do have ideas for all of my currently contracted books, I would never guarantee any plot points or pairings until each book is written. I’ve been surprised by where characters have taken me before!
Will you come to my city/state/country for an event?
I love meeting readers all over the world! Due to my hectic writing schedule, I can only do a limited number of events each year, but there are so many cities, states, and countries I’d love to visit for the first time (or visit again!) If you’d like me to visit your city, the best thing to do is to tell your local bookstore or festival. The team there can let my publisher know and send them an official invite.
I’m hosting a festival/conference and I want to have you attend. How can I invite you?
Please email my publisher at AdultPublicityUSA@bloomsbury.com.
Can I get signed copies of your books? What about exclusive editions?
There are usually signed and/or exclusive editions of my books available through various retailers around publication. Keep an eye on my Instagram (@therealsjmaas) for announcements and details.
What’s the best way to find out about new releases or other big news from you?
My Instagram (@therealsjmaas) will always have any big announcements. You can also follow the World of Sarah J. Maas Facebook page, and subscribe to the Sarah J. Maas newsletter, both run by my publisher.
How can I sell approved merchandise or fan art related to your books?
Please email SJMmerch@writershouse.com to request approval.
